Join this YIN journey and find the rest and peace you are longing for.
This edition we will listen to Fleur Dikken. “Fleur has a passion for the cello since she was 10 years old. She loves to explore the endless possibilities of her instrument.
Her background is in classical music, but after the conservatory she started to experiment with different musical styles.
Currently she plays cello ánd singing saw
in various bands (FEIA V, and musictheatre productions.)
Besides that
she is a member of the Bach Ensemble Amsterdam.
Practical info:
Mareille Yoga & Massage will guide you through this 90 minutes Yin yoga class, suitable for all level of practice.
In Yin Yoga you hold the yoga-poses for a longer time to relax the muscles, like this you will be able to reach some deeper layers of the body.
It is a very relaxing and meditative class.
