Cheese Lovers

Hi Cheeselovers! Yes I love cheese, no shame! But more and more I get interest in a vegan life style.

I just got back from three weeks of great healthy food what was served at Casa Erica, a vegan yoga resort in the South of Spain, and I feel grrreat and inspired. It’s just amazing what you can do with well known ingredients, a chocolate brownie from sweet potatoe, ice cream from avocado coconut and banana, vegan sushi with mushrooms and more and more.

Today i met my friend, puravidaamsterdam, and we had a delicious vegan cheese fondue. Was it tasty? YES, it was! And my belly did not felt so heavy after it, neither i had to drink hot tea or white wine next to it, to make sure that no cheesy chewing-gum got stuck in my belly. Try it for yourself, we ate it with carrots and cauliflower. The chees is made of white beans, miso and olive oil. mjammmy mjammy!
