Corona virus update: MareilleYoga will continue online 

You can not have missed all the news and the press conference and there is no escaping reality. Yogastudio’s and Gyms are closing their doors. VolksHotel en Vondelgym where I teach most of my classes are closed for public. But also it’s not possible anymore to give massages and to teach yoga at offices.

Especially in times like these a yoga practice can helps us to stay physically healthy and mentally calm and clear.

I have been working hard to make some plans and I’m really proud to say that VOLKSYOGA will continue on the normal times, live online! Check this link for the video’s!
