90 minutes YIN YOGA CLASS, with the melancholic sounds of the cello.This is a 1 and a half hour Yin Yoga class that is led by Mareille Outshoorn (founder of VolksYoga) and accompanied by live cello.
Yin Yoga consists primarily passive floor poses that are still, deep, and quiet. The atmosphere is unhurried, internal, and relaxed, with a focus on self exploration and discovery.
The cello is played by Fleur Dikken to enrich the practice with a resonance that compliments your deep meditation with each pose.Fleur Dikken is a great improviser and can play exactly that what the energy around us tells her to play. She will also add some slow parts of the cello suite of Johan Sebastiaan Bach. This makes this event very suitable for music lovers who like to try yoga and Yogi’s who likes to listen to a beautiful special one time only improvised classical concert.When : Thursday 25th October
