Urban Mini Retreat Amsterdam

Together with Volkshotel yoga teacher Mareille we’re offering an urban relaxation retreat course.

Are you longing for some ‘me time’? But you do not have so much time? Then this urban mini retreat is made for you. Treat yourself on a couple of days of relaxing, including sauna and hot tubs, yoga and meditation classes. During this course you will regain your connection with yourself and with life. You learn how to reconnect with yourself and your heart and body. This course starts with a vinyasa yoga flow to get the body energized and the mind calm. Further in the programme you will go deeper within your own heart, with fun and creative exercises. Optional you can also book a relaxation massage to get you in the zen modus completely.

Sessions (Sun 23 Aug – Tue 25 Aug)
Day 1 evening:
//18:00 Diner
//20:00 Meditation / yoga nidra

Day 2:
//10:00- 12:00 Gentle Yoga & Meditation
//12:00 Lunch
//13:30 Afternoon Program – a mix of writing, breath-work, meditation
//17:00 Closing

Day 3:
//10:00 – 12:00 Yin Yoga – Meditation & integration
//12:00 Lunch

What you will learn
//Different tools to move from head into heart
//How to get in touch with yourself and your creativity
//Tools to get in contact with yourself, when you dropped out
//Take away meditations, to integrate what you learned in your daily life.

Need to know
//Minimum of 6 and max of 16 students
//Bring comfy clothes and a yoga mat (mats can also be provided)
//Bring pen & paper
//Breakfast and dinner on Monday are not inclusive.

About Mareille
Mareille is an Amsterdam based yoga teacher, and Volkshotel yoga ‘guru’ 😉 . She has a vibrant presence that brings immediate joy, Mareille is a very accessible and an easy to follow teacher. Her ability to clearly guide poses and share yogic insights are natural to her and her inherent easy outlook on life makes her classes joyfull for all levels of students.

Costs
//270,-* (incl VAT) for the complete course including 2 x lunch at Monday and Tuesday and dinner on Sunday (private cabin with shared bathroom).

Extra’s
//+40e for a XS room (with private bathroom)
//-15,- pp. for a L room (Based on four occupants)

*Based on single occupancy. If you will stay with two persons you will split the room rate.
