This morning 27th of June 2017. It was the third time we were on the rooftop of Volkshotel. We started the day positive and with some fresh air. Read here 4 benefits when doing yoga in the morning.
1. You’ll Focus Better on Your Day Ahead, You can start your awakening process by clearing your mind through a short meditation. You’ll be ready to concentrate on a couple of simple one-leg balances and you’ll keep your focus the rest of the day.
2. You’ll Boost Your Energy Levels, Moving your body involves cell movement, and therefore cells’ oxygenation. When your cells refresh the oxygen that runs through and between them, your whole body reinvigorates too. It’s a simple process, and scientifically proved. We started this morning with just to jump for 30-60 seconds. After that we did some sun salutations. It must be called “Sun Salutation” for a reason, right?!
3. You’ll Reduce Your Stress Level, definitely if you allow yourself to go to the sauna or hot tub after class. This is included the price! And also with more oxygenated cells and a clearer focus on the day ahead, you will automatically feel more relaxed: you won’t be worried about that big meeting with the boss, and you’ll know exactly what you have to do to conclude another successful day. This is because your stress levels will be lower, and you’ll be able to face your day with a more positive approach.
Yoga is a wonderful exercise for toning your muscles without looking like a bodybuilder. Practicing yoga poses, or asanas, will give you a long, limber look while also improving your cardiovascular health and overall wellness.
